Chevy57, My actual point is that the tech stuff improves every time it comes out. The difference is time and prices. You wanna wait for a better one then you just have to wait another year or bit longer for the iPad 3. The iPad 4 or even 5 would be better than iPad 3 for a sample. So...

iPad 2 is rumored to have facetime (webcam) and faster & lighter. I hope it includes USB so I could use flash drive, but it doesn't say anything about it yet. HP TouchPad has a webcam and same size and weight as iPad thus it works with Adobe Flash that iPad 1 & 2 lacks. Yet we still need more...

Yup, they cannot do that legally but it has happened before though. Few ones themselves stated online that it's some deal-breaker for them after discovering that they have to wait for installers to show up and give them their new vp# and activate it. So I am not surprised that it's happening...

I hear you about this.. true enough, I helped more than scores of people with their computers in the past and realized there must be more problems out there just like what you described above. Some users even had no anti-virus program on and even not bothering to clean up (defrag and etc)...
