What’s the biggest lesson/s you’ve learnt from your past relationships?
The biggest lesson I have learned is never settle for second best. Never stay with someone who doesn't love you for who you are. If your gut feeling says don't trust them, don't trust them.

Does anyone know how the Monetary and fiscal policies work in the real estate industry? I am taking an economic class and the final essay is due Sunday, and that is one of the things I need to know. Helpppppppppppp I don't understand it.
I am cranky, it's too cold outside, my fingers and toes are numb, and my head hurts and I really have to get these long final essays done before Sunday and I am unmotivated. Yuck. Thanks for putting this post here. lol. How do YOU feel today?

I taught my little sister to say Ballerina as Vallerina, and Vollyball as Bollyvall. Only because I couldn't hear it being said correctly, I honestly though that was what it was. I bet they thought my sister had a hearing problem too. She doesn't though.
