We had a power outage overnight up here. Just back around 9:00 am.

This was a new recipe, it was made as a cake ingredients with lots of butter, sugar,flour etc that was poured on the bottom of the glass baking dish. Mashed the blueberries with a potato masher adding a bit more sugar and lemon rind, spoon that over the top of the cake batter, pop into the oven...

You should whip one up, use frozen blueberries. I'm not sure where you are located, maybe you can't get frozen berries?

I was late deafened at age 19. It took 10 years before I got hearing aids, and was advised to learn ASL at that time, I really don't know why I didn't, I got along with the hearing aids. At this time, wish I had learned when I was younger as I have a profound loss now and could use some sign.
