So far, I have 2 different videophone working fine with one IP with MVP, VP200, and OJO. All three works fine with one IP address. One solution is setting the port forwarding which works fine for me.

I know it is no longer on sale but I still have it for long time and still runs good. If it runs good, there is no need to throw it out.

I use WinTV-GO. Yes, it does have yellow, white and red plug use for the TV card you can plug from VP200. It works fine and still using it since. :D

Hauppauge is best to use it in your computer. I used VP200 hooked up to my computer with TV card in it. It worked best for me. Yes, it does work with closed caption when you watch TV shows. I can try it with MVP to get it hooked up to my computer. :lol:

I agree with Chevy. It is best that you call Customer Care they will either contact the installer to fix your router to set up the new port forwarding to you. Or Customer Care can help you to do step-by-step instruction on how to set it up yourself. I think it is the best option is having...
