What are you thinking about? Part V

Allergies and dry eyes suck. :aw: (What's sad is that I've been doing allergy shots for like 4 years or more. I was supposed to be done with them soon. But, I went back to the doctor a few weeks ago, and based on my "progress", he said that I have to do the shots "indefinetely". :() Hmm...

What are you thinking about? Part V

My prescription is always changing. I get new lenses about every 6 months, but I probably should get them earlier than that. And I'd probably lose the contacts. When I'm not wearing my glasses, and I am trying to find them, it's a hopelessly lost cause. I can't see my glasses unless I'm wearing...

What are you thinking about? Part V

I have the same problem, about allergies. (I'm allergic to like EVERYTHING. Literally. They tested me for more than 60 things, and I was severely allergic to everything except one kind of mold found in California.) Plus, my allergies are at their worst in my eyes (and in my lungs - asthma). I...

    Students Looking for ASL buddies

That's what I was thinking, too - that the screen of an iPod touch wouldn't be a good size of screen for a beginner. Billie, you'd probably be better off using a regular computer, if you can. I'd think that it would be A LOT easier on you.

I'm assuming that they mean an iPod Touch app? But I've never heard of a webcam app for an iPod Touch... Interesting concept; I will have to look more into it. :hmm:

What are you thinking about? Part V

 I dunno. (It surprises me that they allowed me to get my ears pierced when I was 10, but I can't wear contacts.) Actually, I know a lot of parents who won't let their kids wear contacts - for various reasons. :dunno2:

What are you thinking about? Part V

I'm thinking about how I had my laptop on my lap for too long, and now there are red marks on my legs :/ And, in other news, I'm thinking about how no matter how many times I try to clean my glasses, they just keep getting smudged - even if I don't touch them! Ugh... It's a pet peeve of mine.

I've been told ASL is "going out"?

Hmm. This reminds me of eariler this year, when my school counselor told me that I can't go to nursing school, because I'm deaf. (At that time, I wanted to be either an RN or an occupational therapist. Now I really want to be an OT.) I just rolled my eyes at her e-mail, and I went on the...

Colored Hearing aids and EARMOLDS? AGE

I've worn glasses since I was 2. I wore several different pairs of bright pink glasses from 3rd through 7th grade! :D I've also worn purple, blue, red, and green glasses. Right now, I have black glasses - but they have pink on the insides of the frames, and little pretend diamonds on the frames...
