I noticed that many hearing people don't to understand or want to understand our feelings. They think we are being sensitive about something that is sensitive to us. How I can get them be more understanding?

Not right! I have problems too. My family expected me to have my aids on all the time. Even one time I asked them to write it down, they declined my request. I am an adult too.

I see two different sides on this. Some said it hurt the deaf community but others said it voliate the freedom of speech. What are your thoughts?

Hello. I am currently transferring from VP-200 to Z20. ZVRS is coming to set it up on July 30, but I need a flash alert notification system before hand. Where can I get a good flasher system?

U mean like group by disabilities in the school? Other words LDP is more of mainstreamed?

I knew nothing about Deaf Community while growing up. Only accesses that I had were resource room and notetakers.

They all hearing. I was in same room with all other hearing students including special ed classroom. No HOH or Deaf student in my class other than me. :-( As for LDP, same thing except it only for special needs students. Again, no Deaf or HOH in same class as me.

Language school is for people with different disabilities. I did however not saw or met many people who are either HOH or Deaf.

It not in the same community. Language school was in Buffalo area while hometown school was in the tiny village. Language school is really mainstreamed?
