Yes, I was told by my HS basekball coach to eat banana to reduce my leg cramps.

But not know there got more than cramps. Thanks for more information! :)
 
Interesting read... The problem I have with bananas, is that I don't like them..:( What do you eat bananas with to mask the taste?
 
and it's good practice to suck banana without harm, so you know you won't harm your mating's. :D

That is too bad. I hate bananas since I was little kid. Until, I was on special program to lose weight, had to force myself to like the banana. It tastes really good in the cereal with milk and sugar. I need some more potassium to help my legs muscle more less cramps. I hardly eat the banana lately because I am not that crazy. :( I love walnuts and banana bread. Yummy!
