No Video on VP-200

Hey! My VP-200 is working fine until this afternoon and it suddenly it stopped work. But My Internet on VP-200 are fine. I am able to recieve calls and send calls and look at contact list but there no Video on TV screen my friend call me and I answer it and there no Video. Any idea why?
 
I know it's been 2 days, but try turning VP off and on and see if it fixers it. If not, pull power on the router and wait a few secs then plugi it in again. I don't know if that will work, but try anyway.

or look on Sorenson VRS for technical problem my vp broke yesterday after doing a "freestyle" around the living room, the power plug seem doesn't work at all, goodness I have 2nd vp for backup...
