MS, Sony, and Nintendo sued over thumbstick

Who is stupid? 3 game companies or just person who make thumbstick?

I would say both but if you read the article more carefully, its one of the older companies before Nintendo existed into the gaming universe who made some videogame stuff with the D-pad, joystick, buttons, etc...and they are sueing MS, Sony, and Nintendo for the assuming of stealing their ideas for the controls of gaming.

So thats why I think its pretty stupid and seems alittle TOO late to sue them as well.

Why, they would've sued Atari a LONG time ago...but they didnt. :roll:
