All for $600, lack of production, Europe delay, and most of the launch games goes to Xbox360 as well... and Sony fanboys arent THAT happy.

You are just whining about prices... This prices aren't bad for us.

Who cares about Europe? Go move to London.

Lack of production? Xbox 360 have same problem too.

You are really care about gamers to get 360 then not all of them because most anti-MS gamers are wait for PS3 and not care about same launch games. Most Sony gamers don't want 360 and rather to get PS3, and every gamers have different feeling about PS3 and 360.

You wish about Sony gamers's feeling...

IGN: Upgrade Your 360 with Caution

Be careful if you want to upgrade the Xbox 360 with new firmware...

I'm not surprised about it.

It's happen with PSP, that called trojan horse and would bricked their machine then went died, cannot boot it and call Sony to replace new PSP. It was happen from Windows that gave an trojan horse on PSP and Sony is so upset about issues. iPod had same problem as PSP does that make Apple to upset at MS.

Upgrade Your 360 with Caution
Yesterday's firmware update is rendering some consoles dead.
by Daemon Hatfield

November 1, 2006 - Yesterday Microsoft gave Xbox 360 owners a Halloween treat and updated their firmware with enhancements including support for native 1080p games and movies, faster XBL Arcade game list display times, and additional choices for video playback. Some users also received a trick, however, and found their 360 had been "bricked" after the upgrade.

Several IGN readers have written us to complain that immediately after downloading the upgrade their console went dead, wouldn't boot up, and displayed an error message. There has been some speculation that the upgrade was meant to kill Xbox 360s that had been modded. But one reader claims that, after his 360 was bricked by the upgrade, he went out and bought a brand new system -- which was also bricked immediately after turning it on and installing the upgrade.

Microsoft is aware of the problem. A representative told us "a small percentage of consoles were affected negatively by the fall update (less than 1% have reported issues). We're working with those affected to get them back up and running, whether that be by providing another console, or fixing their existing console. We're committed to resolving this issue.

"Over the next 24 hours, our product team will be working to ensure that those unaffected remain unaffected. We'll keep you updated when the problem is resolved."

It is rare for Microsoft to admit there is a problem. But several IGN editors have upgraded without a hitch, and it seems the bulk of our readers also have had a carefree upgrade experience.

I see... Is it same as homebrew for PSP?

If trying to mod your console, it will most definetly void your warranty.

Yea, for PS2 and probably PS3, Sony put 'Void sticker" on back of console then if you remove the sticker and would void your warrenty but sticker is hard to seal again.
