Yeah I've seen it on video before and the dashboard is similar to the PSP.
 
I've noticed the guy on the PS2 version looks more black than the guy on the PS3 version...

is he really that light skin or are they just racist?

Not really, there's different processor to make graphic looks much better than PS2, same with 360 and noticed that graphic from Madden 07, NCAA 07 and NBA Live 07 looks awesome on 360, much better than Xbox and PS2. You can check out image on IGN and looks different but more true HD and realistic.

It doing well on standard TV but HDTV and LCD monitor (with VGA) are much better.
