Ryu, a japanese ninja in the Dead or Alive universe, makes a return in another Ninja Gaiden Edition for the PS3. Yes, PS3.
However, it's still the same game with same story expect that it's the PS3 version, it have new levels, new bosses, and new cutscenes. and yes, the graphics looks superb than the Xbox version.
There were two editions on Xbox before. Ninja Gaiden (regular edition) Ninja Gaiden: Black (special edition with new cutscenes and new difficulty mode) and now for the PS3 version, Ninja Gaiden: Sigma, includes new extras that werent in the Xbox version before. new levels, new bosses, and increased graphics. The version on PS3 looks very promising and surely PS fanboys would be very pleased to get that from Tecmo/Team Ninja since Dead or Alive 2: Hardcore on PS2 in 2000 then Tecmo went on to continue the DoA series with Mircosoft's Xbox and Xbox360. Now Tecmo bought Ninja Gaiden on the PS3, it's also possible that DoA xtreme 2 could port it to the PS3 as well.
Well congrats to PS fanboys...they got Ninja Gaiden, one of the most acclaimed games by Tecmo in gaming history ever.
