Hi

I am not expert the computer! so I have comcast with high speed

Sorenson 100 was fine with my tv

but I have brand new VIAO Sony computer which have included " My tv", guide, my music, my pictures and My videeos...

I am tried that Sorenson 100 hook up with my computer but its seem slow motion Vp ??

Hope you understand what I am talking about lol

if this is the first time you've used your computer on your high speed internet connection, it could be that your computer is using up bandwidth. Try using VP with the computer OFF and see if it is better. If it is, then your laptop is using up your speed. You can call the cable company and ask to have your speed increased. Also, make sure your "Audio Privacy" option is ON. Sometimes that helps with speed.

How do you physically connected VP-100 to your new PC? Does it have the compostition input on your computer? I am not quite clear on what you mean at this time.

I have seen similar behaviour when playing DVDs. The solution in that case was to adjust the resolution and color depth. You might want to give that a try. If that doesn't fix it you can always put the settings back. Right click on your desktop and select properties. Then click the settings tab and there you will see a slider bar that says screen resolution. Try to increase/decrease the resolution and see what happens. If it doesn't solve it, then you can put the settings back the way they were... Good luck!

I have seen similar behaviour when playing DVDs. The solution in that case was to adjust the resolution and color depth. You might want to give that a try. If that doesn't fix it you can always put the settings back. Right click on your desktop and select properties. Then click the settings tab and there you will see a slider bar that says screen resolution. Try to increase/decrease the resolution and see what happens. What kind of device do you use to connect VP-100 to PC? One of my 4 VP is currently connected to one of my PC using WinTV-GO, PCI version. It was alrighty at least it frees up space.

This is remote chance of happening! I doubt that PC would use most of bandwidth UNLESS there is videostream going on or huge download/uploading going on. If none of this is happening then I'd rule that out. I would suspect it is hardware related issue. I have no idea of what is his/her CPU speed, how many memory available, and what kind of graphic board, and what kind of video input exist. If it is slow PC, or older version of graphic card, then it is likely cause.

Yea, very hard to say because this person haven't said what kind of video capture (tuner) device they got, and what kind of PC as well. Some PC won't deal with video well though TV, for example my tuner card requires at least 800mhz cpu speed, while my PC runs 2.4ghz therefore that is why I have no problem. Lack of detailed specifications makes technican harder to figure out.
