Okay heres the short and skinny. Young man 16 years old decides that chemotherapy Along with his parents decides on alternative treatment. God damn social worker decides thats not the best thing for this kid.

What the HELL? For helping him deal with his illness?
Of all GOVCO agencies I hate the Department of Social Services the most (IRS runs a close second) I know that some kids out there need help and somewhere to go but all to often DSS is just a bunch of busy bodies sticking their god damn noses in someone else business. Money whores meeting quotas to keep a job just like every other god damn GOVCO program. And Everything they do is always hush hush in the name of privacy

Whoa, there, Slugger!

First of all, let me start by saying, I agree with you!

It's a first, probably, but I do. I believe that older teens and adults have the right to determine their own treatment, and social services doesn't have the right to step in when that treatment is unconventional. They don't. However, where you lost me is when you started blaming Clinton. Clinton screwed up a lot of things, but he didn't screw this one up. Child welfare agencies have been screwed for a VERY long time. It started way back when, and has gone from President to President. You need to blame both the Republicans and the Dems for how badly the child welfare system is screwed up in this country. Both parties helped make it the mess that it is.

This has nothing to do with health care, Buck. It has to do with a state agency who doesn't respect the right of parents deciding what is best for their child.

Of course, Clinton is brewing the problem that has been around for too long. It is whole United States Government that is already in F**KIN up state, very highly dysfunctional system. That system we see today all started by who? President LBJ and his allies! Right now, know what these government is really doing? Trying to put the responsiblities on somebody else's shoulder!!! They are constantly trying to find somebody else to foot the cost, and guess what? That kind of behavior is really costing us dearly!

Bill Clinton Apointed all these idiot judges and got liberal support.But why cant George Bush Get RID OF THEM ALL And Start over? Its Called The 9th circut appeal.Thomas Jefferson was the only president fired all them Judges who were not doing their jobs.So why cant bush Get rid of them all? Including Judge Cashman of Vermont.

I am sorry that you are wrong. Republicans have the most seats at the Captial. That's why the Demo had a hard time to deal with the Republicans. I am sure that both parties are always screw up a lot of things not just this issue.

I am very surprised that you supported Bush. I bet that you are not proud what he had done so much damage in our country. My brother-in-law voted him in 1st term. In 2nd term, he changed his party, and really hated him.

It's true that it is screwed up many things in our country. It is not only Demo's fault. I prefer to say both parties did on many purposes to make a mess for us. Actually, during in Clinton's terms, there were most Republican seats at the congress. Now, you see that the Demo had a hard time to deal with them because Republican congress people have the most votes than the Democracy. You bet that LBJ had too many secrets for too long. He was the most corrupt than any president in the history. LBJ is very similar to Bush's corruption, too. I am pretty sure that Richard Nixon, Republican, was very good president. Ronald Regan was a very fragile - he had Alzheimer's Disease during his 2nd term without reveal the information in the public.

I hope that you should not point that Demo is the one that cause the problem because you need to think about how many seats at the House of Representative and the Senate). A president cannot make or pass a law without their vote. I don't even trust both parties no matter what. Every speech on TV a president "makes up" his own words to convince our people to buy his story, not the congress people because they make the laws to get his approval unless it is 2/3 override vote by them.
