What are you thinking about Part VII

Thinking of a trip to the Chicago River Museum tomorrow.... turns out I passed it on the way home, so I know where it's at already. This particular trip should be an interesting one, because of its proximity AND the history it holds.
 
Thinking how fun this morning I met my three girlfriends at ymca. We all ran on the treadmill. Since outside it was too cold -8 degrees. So we hope to run together outside. Two of them will run the marathon in California la in 57 more days. My girlfriend and I will run the half marathon here in 62 days. We all want to do our best and think healthy. Lol
 
Thinking about the Deaf Meet up tonight in Belton TX. It'll be my first to attend, but my ASL instructor will be there to help with introductions and to translate. My son & Secretblend are going too, hopefully it will be fun. I'm nervous!

Yeah Finlay whole personality change when I took of his vest , he became a big goofball and acted very silly. When Finlay had his vest on he took his job very serious , people would come up to us in stores and said my dog acted better than some kids in the store. Some people thought he was a toy b/c he stay so still and tried to walk on him . :roll:
 
Where to go for dinner? Starting to get my curious advetuerism back for night travel, which I haven't done in a few weeks.
 
Still reeling from disappointment regarding many deaf groups I joined via internet....Honestly, AllDeaf is the best!....
 
Thinking that I had great times at Deaf happy hour on Friday night and midnight bowling with my family last night and how today's rain is perfect for a stay at home day.

Actually I fell asleep early. Been doing that lately, and I'm feeling more energized because of it. I just may make that a more permanent routine.
 
Whew.... this bus is HOT. Hot enough for short sleeved shirts and shorts, that is. Feels like SUMMER in this particular bus.

Yeah , naps times is more common as we get older. :giggle: My dog like to get a nap with me by lying on top of me. He like a little furry heating pad on a cold day. :giggle:

This was at 8:30 in the evening. I'm finding out falling asleep at that time is turning out to be very beneficial for me, at least. I don't intend to change that for now, because it does allow me to sleep decently, and have energy when I wake up the next morning. Maybe when spring rolls around (and bicycle season!!) I can go to sleep a little later.

Is it raining down there? boy that's going to make an interesting game in the rain. Kind of hard to get a grip on that ball with it soaking wet!

It was raining ,but it stopped for now , I think it going to be raining off and on during the game. I show try to take my dog out before it start raining again.
Boy it would really a bummer if the Pats lost on their own field .
 
I'm thinking about how I wished that I fit in Deaf Community better. I don't feel like I fit in comfortably. I wish that I had more opportunities to show that I fit better in Deaf Community.

Do you the Deaf Community here or in your pubic life? I think you fit in alldeaf just fine.
 
Thinking I just might see my plan for double fun tomorrow backfire....... something's come up, and it could be a LONG night.

Or not.
 
Thinking how hypocritical it is of school administrators to push us teachers to use technology in our classrooms but wont pay the money for the gadgets, better wifi, and updated software. We have been threatened with write-ups if we don't use the computers, iPADs and interactive whiteboards in our classrooms but the Internet connection keeps freezing up so what the f*** is that bullcrap? *rant over*

Yeah every teachers feel that it's the best for kids to use the Internet and iPad. Last year I met a friend who happens to be computer tech/teacher who works at my dis school. His brothers kids and his kids go to the same school as my kids school. He knows ASL anyway. We chatted that he fights with school administration about getting iPads for kids . He keeps finding a way to convince the school administration and its not easy. Wow. Hope you guys try to fight too Good luck
