Unarmed Missouri teen shot by police sparks outrage

How horrible! The story does not tell what was going on before the cop shot the boy. I hope there will more to this story .

:ty: It said the kid was shot 8 times .:shock: It only take one shot to kill a person , how many bullets can a cop gun hold ? According to the cops the kid tried to get a cop gun and there is no way of knowing if this really happen. I wonder if the camera in the cop car pick up anything.
The cops made sure the kid could not talk .

"Witnesses told CNN affiliate KTVI that a police officer in a squad car grabbed Brown while he was walking.

Dorian Johnson said he was walking with Brown in the middle of the street when a police car pulled up. The officer told the teens to use the sidewalk, according to Johnson.

After an exchange of words, the officer shot Brown even after he raised his hands in the air, Johnson said.

The officer "shot again, and once my friend felt that shot, he turned around and put his hands in the air," Johnson told KMOV. "He started to get down and the officer still approached with his weapon drawn and fired several more shots."

This story is a lot difference from what the cops said happen but I bet the cops side of the story will be the one that stick .
 
We don't believe everything what the media says. Oscar Grant from Oakland... Zimmerman in Florida... Rodney King... OJ... all those similar cases makes national headlines... what else is news?
 
Witnesses told the reporters that Brown raised his arms and a cop killed him in cold blood in the front of witnesses just like that. :hmm: If there is a video surveillance that proves the opposite, I know why the witnesses lied.

I do not believe everything the cops say too , and I know the news media will try to hype up a story to get more people to watch it , it's all about getting a good rating.
 
Exactly, just like the incident in white house drama back then. The story don't add up, and I believe there are internal cover ups. Aint trust nobody! Sad!

The real problem is society demanded for gun control, police is actually taking advantage of that and used to increase their power. That is why its bad idea to have more gun controls.

If there is more gun control there just be a bigger demand for black market guns , if someone one want a gun bad enough there are ways to buy them .
 
exactly the point, meaning "little" people may not always have access, leaving cops in doubt whether the suspect has gun or not, gun control actually clouds everybody's judgement.

Like I said before, go to the Northside or what they really call the "DarkSide" its gangs, gangs and more gangs. believe me, I worked in it, been in the middle of gun and gang fights while on the job, drug deals gone wrong...I am so glad I never caught a stray bullet.... one reason I would never take that job back even if it was offered to me with triple pay....Nope !!!
 
I wish I could find all the links to the killings up north and show you what those people are really like.

there's no video. the cop's car wasn't equipped with it. I believe all police vehicles and officers should be equipped with video/audio and if found guilty - the penalty for LEO is twice harsher than for criminals.
