Fifth Man Arrested in Boston Martathon Bombing

When his guy obstructed the investigation in Boston Marathon bombing he cost the city of Boston a lot money and man power . And it might had save the cop from MIT for being killed if he had told the cops he knew who the bombers where.
 
Unclear. From the article, it doesn't seem like the witness heard a confession. I'm wondering at what point the cell phone was discussed.

Unless there was clear communication between them, like there was in the case of the younger brother's friends, it probably is not an easy case to try.

I think we'll learn more in a few days. But it does make me wonder if the bombers where really all alone in planning the bombing , I never thought they
where alone in this.
