I would often list bikes with flat tires for sale. I may tell customer----$45, you fix 2 flat tires or $60, I fix.

I imagine that you see a lot of ads like that. Maybe there is a riding lawn mower for $125, you fix carburetor or $200, I fix.

Maybe you saw an ad for a car with locked engine. $4000, you fix or $7000, I fix.

I'm thinking of doing less "you fix or I fix" things. I think I'll just go ahead and fix them. You know, fix flat tires and sell for $60.

What do you think? What do you think of " you fix or I fix" ads?
 
Just fix and sell for the higher price. Then the customer has less thought that they can argue.

you could sell regular tires or for added cost, run flats....lol

That is a good point , that does leave room for a customer to want the tires fixed for free . This could lead to too many headaches for the OP.
