Mark you need to get outdoors and get some natural vitamin D happening. The skin on your forehead and the backs of your hands/wrists are primary places where the body metabolizes it from sunlight. A brisk walk at noontime on the sunny side of the street into the sun. Even if it is overcast and crap there is enough patooties in the light to do you some good. No gloves, no hat.

One problem-- my skin is highly sensitive to heat and cold, so no joy. Would be nice, though.

I'm selling my road bicycle on craigslist, and hoping for someone to buy my bicycle so I can buy another decent road bicycle. I'm excited at same time :Ohno:

Cool!! Maybe I can learn a thing or 2 about selling bikes from you. I'm excited about what you would get next.

Woo hoo! Off for the day! Going out with a co-worker and explore Houston, SO not joining the others for a huge lunch! Sure, I eat like a bird :nana:, But first a cocktail...

Every time I say Houston, people said watch out there are McDonalds and other fast food at every corners. Hope you gain some weight, ENJOY! :D

Do it anyway you know you can do it for a short while, 15 minutes or so is not a long time.

I'm saying if a customer sees me with a cracked tablet, they reserve the right to complain about it, and in reality, most people who bring electronics on buses do not do so with a cracked screen. It's just common sense not to.

:ugh:

Cooking dinner, checking my son's homework, and getting my lunch and clothes ready for work tmw. Good to be back to my busy routine! I was starting to feel useless and unproductive after all these days off.

I think the only passengers that would be "concerned" of a cracked tablet would be the ones looking to steal them. Do you really think people have nothing better to do then complain that someones tablet has a crack in it?

Or just some people have no lives of their own and worrying about the small stuff. :hmm:

Catching up on things before I hit the haystack.

If you are sensitive to heat/cold then bundle up or wear protective clothing. I have a friend with a severe autoimmune disease. When she goes outside she does take care to cover up (one of her problems is sensitivity to sun/heat I believe). She and her partner went to DisneyWorld because they wanted to- she just adapted to try to enjoy herself. No way in hell was she gonna just hole up inside.

Like upthread- a short walk- 10-15 minutes is not gonna kill you.

Getting ready to watch CSI: and Law & Order: SVU

He's worried about glass on a cracked tablet causing severe injury, thinks hitting his head will do him in because he has a concussion in the past, stepping on a little baby piece of glass that gave him a cut smaller than a pin head is a "serious injury", turns a "fake" quarter into the police department is a civil duty, calling the police to check on his parents that were clearly ignoring him or wanting alone time is normal, calling the police when his heat goes out is acceptable and many MANY other absolutely retarded things... I'm sure he thinks a 10 minute walk would turn him into DUST!
