I remember about Reagan didn't support Mandela so they prefer to have busy with white government during apartheid era.
 
The first article is so stupid. Like Jesse said, it's not telling the whole truth.

The second article showed that the photographer who took those pictures disagrees with the first article.

IMO, Pres Obama had to go along with it when the blonde no-common-sense Danish PM asked him to pose for a selfie with her and another guy using her smartphone. Should he say no?

If he was behaving in a dignified way to begin with I doubt she would have made such a request.

From what I could tell by what was on TV (captions) it is a different cultural than those of us in the US are most familiar with. It was explained as a celebration of his life and anything but somber.

As far as the picture is concerned they discussed it on the Today Show and had information from the photographer that Michelle had been joking with them moments before but by the instant the photo was taken something different had caught her attention.
