hOW GREAT IT WILL BE IF DEAF PEOPLE ARE RATHERED IN ONE NATIONA AND DO THINGS TOGETHER?:ty:
 
If some hearing people who love to sign and are a good match for Deaf culture, will you let them in? Or will your rules be strict: only allow Deaf? What about when your citizens have children? Most of them will be hearing. Will you excommunicate them or let them stay? (I guess there are other options too, like surgery.)
 
An ongoing "dream" that is not possible to effect. DEAF persons back a 100 years ago supposedly dreamed of such a scenario.
Reality- technology has changed. to be very specific-Cochlear Implants.

Also, the "minor matter" of various Sign communciations eg: ASL/BSL/FSL et al

A nightmare in reality?
