Hey everyone! I'm new to the forums (I'm rarely online as it is so this is hard to navigate lol) I'm 22 with a 4 month son and I'm looking for people to talk to maybe text. Only around my age please that's all I'm comfortable with.
 
Well I talk to everyone - young or old. hahaha and I write very long messages when I post on forms. It's my flaw. Totally making fun of myself by the way. I always shake my head and laugh at myself a little when I finally stop typing a response to someone on the forum and I look down and I have 3 short paragraphs in front of me.....

I'm 25, Deaf as well (although I am late-deafened) - and I get what you mean because often you can relate closely to people near your age - not judging your OP :)

Well that's gonna be hard on a forum posting a thread or responding to a thread... as there are people of all ages here. Kind of like saying if youre over this age you cant post on my thread or You cant post on our threads because we are older than you? Kind of narrow minded in my opinion to join and throw out rules. Everyone can be friends reguardless of age but if youre going to be picky, its almost like, join a dating site and set your age requirements to who can and cant contact/respond to you.

He isn't upset, idiot. He is trying to tell you how this forum works, and what you might do instead.

There are very few people your age here.
 
Thanks for having my back here, I don't really know all the ages but I am sure most are older on this forum. I wasn't upset, I got 4 kids to talk to here at home, younger than you.

Even if a lot of 24 yr olds were here, same situation....people of all ages are on just about all topics
 
You just might learn something from people who are over 30 with or without hearing loss. What is your definition of OLD???? There are many parents on this site with kids who have a lot of wisdom. Also there is no guarantee that a person who replies to your requests is actually "young". But good luck!!!
