One of my employee name Amy and she's funny when she write an e-mail to helpdesk either by poem or comical messages...she doing it for one of her employee, here's one example, just recently:

Paul is having a bad day.
Paul can't get into his email much to his dismay.
Paul can't answer the questions online.
Paul is requesting help resetting his password cuz he's having a hard time.
Paul is sad.
