Yes for Android but Apple has a lot of good games in their library.

Game developers focus on Apple devices first before they do on Android.

Maybe their Wii U is doing bad, but you forgot Nintendo owns a lot of licenses and they dominate over games. I think part of their sales are hardware or console, other half is from digital or software and licensing. All those game character-toys you see in Target or Walmart stores are more money for Nintendo. I think they have some money from other department to cover the loss of sales from Wii U, for now they will be ok but maybe not forever.

Nintendo used GREAT graphic and RPG/action. Now it's all CRAP games about song, dance,gym,kid games, etc. and most game's graphic are cartoon. :ugh:

I think I remember this back when I owned GC and PS2. I remember GC has superior anti-aliasing, Wii AA still seems crap but game matters more I guess.

PS2's AA wasn't very good back then. I remember many games look like blur effect instead of AA.

Lot of kids look at Mario than rather Mickey Mouse. Who is badass? It's like Iron Man vs Batman.
 
I have Kindle Fire I got from my mother after she got her new Kindle Fire HD. I used it to play games in larger display rather than on my phone. As now I discovered my tablet can't hold $1 Asphalt 7 Heat app due to its large update download (800 MB!!!). Because of this, I was forced to remove other apps to make room for the game update. Now I want new Samsung Note 10.1 since it has larger internal storage plus a slot for external storage, up to extra 64 GB.

Also my sister bought a cheap tablet from Toy'r'us for her son to play with. Problem? Its shortest battery last only 4-5 hours. Because of that, it was plugged all time.

Nintendo should discontinue the Standard (white) Wii Us and keep selling Deluxe and other game bundles. Deluxe sells more than Standard does.

I remember a long time ago I bought Mario comic books and the letters page was filled with people asking about an article in a Fort Worth paper saying that Mario was more popular than Mickey Mouse. This was about 1992!

Thing is, Disney changed Mickey Mouse back in the 1930s because he was far too valuable as a merchandising mascot, and Donald Duck took over as the character with an actual personality while Mickey Mouse became a boring do-gooder. I don't know what my point is.

Huh? Sony didn't withdraw the PS1 due to modchips. They changed the design of the board, they removed the I/O port on the back (Gameshark clones could be used to boot backups without a modchip), didn't stop anyone.

It really was due to low sales because people were holding on to their money for the amazing hyped PS2.

The Dreamcast had a serious hardware flaw which gave it the ability to play copied games and downloaded ones from the internet. Many people chose to play the pirated versions of the games rather than shell out $40-$50 at a local gaming store for the real thing. As a result, Sega was losing money on the games that its developers had spent hours designing. I call that a sad waste of talent.

I know all about that... but it didn't kill the Dreamcast.
