Pics of you - Part V

it's gotta be his doppelganger. miyagi passed away long time ago

I was in Vegas in January and I could have sworn that I saw someone that looked just like Miyagi in the Suncoast casino. lol He didn't have the headband, but same facial hair and long hair on the sides. I did a double-take. lol

Interestingly, the actor, Pat Morita, lived in Vegas before he passed away... maybe it was his ghost! ;)

With all these old guys wandering around looking like him, it gives me an idea. When I get old and balding, I think I want to have the Pat/Miyagi look. I can open a dojo and give karate lessons and that solves my retirement/pension problems when the gov runs out of money.

Just remember to train up an army of Daniel LaRusso's to take care of the Cobra Kai gang. :giggle:

A couple old photos of my kids. These two are from last year. Was going through some older pictures. Memories. Wanted to share!

He JUST turned 10 in this one. Don't worry! He wore gloves and boots! ATGATT! All the gear, all the time!

Man.. my kids are growing up. I wish they'd stop growing. Especially the oldest. He's 11 now.

Here's another of the little one. The little bugger takes after his dad for sure! *smiling hard*

Haha that pic reminds me of my son. When he was 3ish he went fishing with his dad one day and they had to pee outside. After that he thought he could pee where ever when ever he wanted when he was outside. Too cute, my son is 14 now :) and way bigger than me :(

For about three months or so... he would not pee anywhere but outside. It got a little frustrating but it's under control now! He still drops trou at the pier and off our porch anytime he can get away with it. Honestly, he'd do it ANYWHERE as long as it went a long way down.

14? About when they start hating you right? My 11 yr old's starting to get a little rebellious. I am dreadfully anxiously awaiting the day my oldest hits me with the whole... YOU'RE NOT MY REAL FATHER!

:(

I'm his dad. I'm just not the donor if you catch what I mean? That's my son and nobody can tell me different.

I know what you mean :) I have an adopted brother, he's Filipino, and nobody can tell me that he's not my brother. There's never been a question of who his family is even though he couldn't look more unlike us, family transcends blood.

Yes, you are his dad. It's clear to me from many of your other posts in other threads that you are very dedicated to him and his education. A+

Here he is, me and my brother Jake. This was taken last month, we had a family gathering, before he leaves for Afganistan..again. His 5th deployment.

And my brother Josh being a creeper in the back ground, you can see his beady little creepy eyes between our heads haha

Great pic! Tell your brother thank you from me for his service. My husband was in Iraq. He's been home now for several years.

I dunno but um.... did you notice that.... he's Asian? and you're white?

edit - I just read a post above that he's your adopted brother. cool! to me - adopted brother is pretty much the same as "birth" brother.
