I just find it amusing to the fact that he was going on suicidal mission without having suicidal bombs on his body.

That is the point. None of spectators was injured because that is not his intention, lol...

where did you see "suicide mission"? all it stated was that he may have a mental issue.

Based on his nationality, i assumed that the "suicide" was presumed for his status as "martyr". This is an important idea- suicides in Islamic world are meant to be martyrs. I mean, to simply put it... the idea of suicide in the Islamic world has a reason.

Although the name Rehman might be of Indic origin, though... Salman Rushdie author comes to the mind.

I think it's best to stick with facts rather than stereotyping and assuming. and I've never thought of suicide mission first because in the video - all he did was rambling around with a knife to his neck. it was pretty obvious that he's deranged and wanted to hurt himself.
