*shrug*
when I saw the radar map, I was like - eh that's nothing. I knew it wasn't going to be like Hurricane Katrina. The only worry is that this hurricane will be slow-moving CAT-1 storm.
Better a fast-moving CAT-2 than slow-moving CAT-1 cuz if storm moves slow, it means prolonged raining which means heavy flooding.
I love (not) all the adjectives they're using for TD Isaac even if it does become a CAT 1 or CAT 2. The adjectives I keep hearing sound like at least a CAT 3. And it "slammed" into FL? How about brushed by. Yeah, a lot of people suffered flooding and wind damage, but I would think "slammed" means a direct hit...the eye making landfall.
Ah, well, if they have to do all this sensationalism with the weather, that must mean that not much else (sensationalism-wise) is happening in the world. That's a good thing.

We're already 5 inches of rain behind..all the rain will ease the drought pruhblim.. look so foward to it...poor people who will be in rain b/c of labor day weekend.
