Well, we all just got back from Mexico little before midnight last night. We all had a good time but sadly that my kids still stuck in Mexico due to flight cancellation yesterday. Then the United change all the flight that they won't be home till tomorrow!! They can't missed any work tomorrow. So I jump the gun and call United and found one flight for 4 adults, that they can get home tonight and that's AA flight, but they said they can't transfer to another airline. I was thinking..BS!! So I asked for supervisor and he said he will help...gawd...

So, I'm still on hold right now on the phone...So, give me something to type here to get out of my boredom.

So..I will post a pix on Photo thread later....

Gracia!

Oh you are lucky! I was in Mexico for one day on a cruise ship stopover and I loved it. I hope to go on a real vacation there someday. I am looking forward to your "trip report". lol And I'm sorry you are going though a hassle right now, but it will be over soon.

Actually, the hassle is over. There's no seats available due to the fact that many passenger from cancelled flight took over other available flight. So, now I'm going to focus on getting my travel insurance covered, one for lost time at work tomorrow, and all the cancelled travel expenses that I gave them.

Fun fun fun....

If I could afford the "Presidential Palace" I'd just pay them and forget about it. No pasa nada.

Yes, I can do that..but which is better, purchase $500 insurance and have them cover $10,000 worth of expenses.. or without insurance, I'll cough up $10,000 out of my pocket. Also, my step daughter and my son doesn't have health insurance, so it's best to get travel insurance and they can cover medical expenses plus medical evacuation back to US. So, I do that all the time for the protection of my family. It can lead up to $150,000 expenses.
My brother is CEO of Gov travel company and he seen what happen to all the GOV employee experiences... some are tragic..

One nice thing about this resort, it's huge and have lot of activities since me and my brother in-law can't go outside of the resort since we have to follow the DOD security protocol.
