House panel finds Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt

It's about time! Maybe they will boot his butt out on the street where it belongs! "O" has got to go as well! He so badly wants to destroy our nation and bring it to it's knees so that he can rebuild it his way. Such an abuser of the Constitution, a lier and a thief! He is truly a wolf in sheep's clothing! That man has done almost nothing good for America and neither has Holder.
 
Interesting that between Feb and December of 2011 Obama denied he ever knew anything about F&F and that the White House "knew nothing." Yet they issued a Exec. Priv to Holder meaning the WH knew about this and that Obama lied ? He said in a video interview with Univision in March 2011 that he had no knowledge of F&F and that he never authorized it. Ok. And yet he issued an Executive Order for Holder?

What are they hiding?

They both need to be in jail, that's all there is to it. It won't happen but it should. And what's wrong with (D)'s? 17 no votes? It seems (D)'s have no problem with with people giving false testimony or refusing to provide info. Those same (D)'s better be consistent when someone not on their side is clearly in contempt. That party is just a mess.

What president was not hiding anything?

Plus, the documents might have locations and names of gun traffickers, and if these people find out they were being watched, they will pack up and move to new locations. Then, the feds would have to start all over again to find these people. Also, the documents might also have names and locations of undercover agents, and exposing them might mean death for them if they don't get out quickly enough.

First, this thread is about the current administration....so let's stick to that.

Second, this was supposed to be a transparent White House....why the need To lie.... Fact is the lie didn't work and now congress is being more aggressive. Even some some in the media are getting interest. Sharyl Attkisson was the only person covering this for a while. So NOW since the lie didn't work they have to go into cover up mode. It's disgusting.

Read the memo. It states no where the reason for withholding documents for Congressional review that they are requesting. Memo does not state it's a national security concern, military concern, or sensitive diplomatic concerns that the President has full knowledge of and have discussed with people internally. Issuing an Executive Privilege means the White House does not want others to divulge because of such sensitive issues. But the problem is that Obama specifically admitted to an on air interview with a Univision reporter in March 2011 said that he has no knowledge about the F&F and that he never authorized it yet the WH issued an Executive Privilege for Holder. Why is the White House involved? This is between Congress and the Dept of Justice...not with the White House since Obama specifically stated in an interview that he has no knowledge of F&F and that he never authorized F&F. Either the WH is lying or attempting a cover up on Holder's behalf.

Again, why is the White House involved when it has all along been between the DOJ and Congress? What are they trying to hide?

Where exactly did I get off track? All I did was cite possible reasons for this administration for the cover-up and kokonut was helpful to show me otherwise.

We do not know whether or not the white house is lying or attempting a cover up on Holder's behalf. However, it definitely looks bad. According to Mexican sources, they're appalled by this, and even hold all politicians accountable who knew about the operation. One of them thinks that Holder should be tried for war crimes.

Maybe they're trying to cover their own asses, too, by throwing Holder under the bus. Who knows if they have connection with the Mexican govt and they knew about this. Maybe not and the WH is attempting to prevent angering or embarrassing the Mexican govt. Dunno. Need to see those papers first.

I'm not vote Romney for many reasons.

It looks like you are trolling voters who prefer to vote Obama due agree with most of his views, even you are not going to make me to stuck with conservative politician that disagree with most or all of views.

Eric Holder can be removed from office by the congress.
