Very funny because China criticizes U.S. on several things that don't even violate human rights. Apparently they retaliated U.S. annual report on human rights.

China's government is bullshit and they are authoritarian.

I don't understand why we don't help ROC (Republic of China) to war against USSR-influenced communist in 1930's and 1940's so that leading PRC to took all of mainland China in 1949, even they took Tibet too. Hong Kong isn't formally part of China because HK is part of SAR so HK has freedom of speech, free election and pure capitalism, just pretty like USA.

Now, ROC only control Taiwan.

Oh I see, I think it will be Cuba or Philippines so we fought against Spain when they tried to keep both of countries to be controlled by Spanish government but... we threw them out. It was happened in late 1890's.

During the American Revolution War, American ships attacked Britain's ships but I'm guessing you want to know about war on land. That would be the War of 1812 where American force crossed over into British Canada.
