Incompetence to call it as a "Polish death camp"

Let's not forget that Poland and Obama have a cold relationship. It is not the first time Poland felt insulted by Obama. Remember, Obama chose to not attend the funeral of the Polish President Lech Kaczynski, because his plane wasn't safe to fly due to volcanic ash. He played golf on that day. French President and German President could not attend due to volcanic ash. Other country leaders made the efforts by taking cars and trains to attend the funeral. And, remember he had changed his mind about the Missile Defense? It may be difficult to earn Poland's trust again.

That's what the Prime Minister of Poland is asking. Also, the President of Poland did send Obama a letter about that, too. A simple apology. Something that he needs to own up and be a man, sometimes.

I suggest the President to apologize for his mistake like "I am really very sorry for the misstatement I made. I fuck up sometimes so I am not perfect. I can't believe that I am actually the President of the U.S. Thank you".

In bold, we had to stopped due to heavy criticism from Russia and we don't want break the diplomatic relation with Russia because of deploy the missile defense in Poland.

I think that diplomatic relation with Russia is more important than Poland.

U.S. Embassy is in Russia doesn't mean they have "good" diplomatic relationship. Ever hear the saying, "keep your friends close, but your enemies closer?" My father is a former high security level diplomat.

Russia and Poland were at war several times before the beginning of the 20th century. East Prussians have hatred for Stalin far more than Hitler, because Stalin had taken their land and Prussian identity away. East Europeans have very cold relationships with Russia for a thousand year to this day.

That would be groveling. He either does not apologize enough, or he grovels. There is no middle ground here. Certainly you know the rules by now.
