Craigslist or Ebay, there is no such thing as cheap filming quality HD camera even brand new for less than 800 dollars.
I have seen few and they generally cost $25,000 dollars easy.

OP you still havent answered the question. Are you looking for a dedicated video camera or a hybrid picture/video camera?
