Gold Rush Alaska fans?

Gold Rush is on tonight. Should be an interesting episode.
 
Looks like they are gonna break even and more. Too bad winter is approaching.
 
Two more episodes to go. I'm sure they'll be making some profits. However, the Schnabel probably most likely won't.

BTW, remember at the beginning of every show there is a scene where a large lump of gold nugget is dropped into a gold pan? I'm wondering if that nugget came from one of the three groups there?

I think we will find out. I think Hoffmans are closest to finding such a nugget. I like cut 3. Good to see these guys in the black.
 
Well, been kind of quiet here. Not really surprised they cut Harness from next year. I barely recall seeing him on the show through large chunks of the season. Imagine all the stewing that occurs, when you are miles away from friends and family, and some guy you count on basically tells you to take a week off cuz his hunnie dropped by for a visit. Pretty obvious that they were still bitter about it, months later. I wonder how they would have felt if they had reached their 100 oz goal?
