Glad i missed it. If I had to deal with this in my own house - I'd be telling them to take it outside.

Once, during that famous Ice Storm - a couple who lost power stayed with me in my tiny apartment along with me and my two young sons who were about 2 and 5 at the time. Their bickering got so bad and unbearable and I was very upset for their lack of regard of young ears in the house that i kicked them out.

they went home and had no choice but to snuggle together for warmth. They kissed and made up :) heh.

You should have said that to start with and dropped it instead of trying to derail the intent of the thread by making innane remarks regarding the nature of the ordainment in this situation.

Backpedaling ineffective. You were quite obviously making fun of and trying to cast light on something important and historical in order to minimize it.

Next time, try to show support instead of making fun, and your posts will be better received.

I have seen the same sex wedding on TV before, there where a group of people getting married at the same time.

It is, of course, very curious to see how does Conan have a power to wed these couples and other ADers though same so that's why I did some digging.... hence Post #13.

I don't see for any reason to make fun of the wedding when you know very well that I support this 100%. Are you sure you're not confusing me with other ADers who are against gay marriage?
 
Continuing in the vein of making this all public, myself and several of my colleagues took a long lunch break from your seminar on Saturday to spend 2 hours on Fountain Square making our opinions known at the rally in support of gay marriage.

Jiro, I think you have the pattern of making the statements every time you worded your reasons or thoughts of what you want to comment like against our judgement on what cops or judges do in their jobs. You seem to make us not understand your reasons of why you said those statements that got us upset or confused. You have to quit making the remarks like that. Show some respect to the human citizens when we discuss the topic seriously. That is probably why I get upset with you on those topics. I felt like I want to ignore you. :(
