You have proof of that? You were there and saw that no rocks or bottles were thrown as was reported?
:52.....that is only possible![]()
The film supports it. Were you there?

Again I would love to see your proof. Fact is we have no idea which way he is facing when he is struck because we don't see him being struck. All we have is guesses. And I'm not even bothering to guess. I will wait for evidence.
Videos at the scene. Eye witness reports. Shall I go on?Intent is not required. Criminal negligence will do.
Remember when those crazy people said their kid was flying away on a balloon and the physicists said that's impossible? Some people will try to defy physics. lol

My proof. An atatomy book and motion physics.Videos at the scene. Eye witness reports. Shall I go on?
Your "eyewitness" are probably a tad biased ala Ari Douglas. We have no idea which way he was facing.
However After watching the video on a giant screen you can see his head violently hit the ground around 1:19 in the lower right quadrant of the screen. He was facing protester when his head hits. Now was he facing that way when he went down or was he spun by getting hit. :dunno
He hits the ground very hard. not clear what makes him go down.
Anyway....feel free to continue guess. I will wait for the official word or stronger evidence.
This is getting downright humorous.Of course your assumptions are more valid that than of the people who were actually there and the doctors who treated his wounds.
I have already said I am not going to guess. Very possible he was stuck by a police object. I do clearly see his head hit the ground though. It's pretty violent. The film supports it. Were you there?
The protesters were there - uhhhhhh and some admitted to throwing stuff other than bananas.[Tasha Casini - Occupy Oakland Protester] Source: LYBIO.net
Umm, quit his job, was giving the orders over a you know a megaphone some speaker of some type. That if people did not disperse they would use chemical weapons because they were in violation of penal code 409.

I want you to listen to the intern police chief said last night after that event.
[Police Chief]
At that point we were in a position where we had to deploy gas in order to stop the crowd the people from pelting us with bottles and rocks
[Lawrence O'Donnell]
Did you see people throwing bottles and rocks at the police before they used those tactics?
[Tasha Casini - Occupy Oakland Protester]
Umm, ya, yes people were doing that.
[Lawrence O'Donnell]
And what do you think the police response should of been to that?
[Tasha Casini - Occupy Oakland Protester] Source: LYBIO.net
Umm, I think that the use of tear gas, rubber bullets, and ahh, flash grenades are a completely ah inappropriate response to bottles being thrown at police officers who are in full riot gear. So I think that they should of absolutely not used any chemical weapons.
Ah, but you are the only one making assumptions.I have already said I am not going to guess. Very possible he was stuck by a police object. I do clearly see his head hit the ground though. It's pretty violent.
You are assuming. The protesters were there - uhhhhhh and some admitted to throwing stuff other than bananas.
I don't think I was asking you. I was asking TxGolfer, and I am certain he is capable of answering for himself.
I am sure he is perfectly capable of answering for himself too. But, I was under the impression you were asking an honest question in anticipation of receiving an honest answer from anyone - we both know how you try to badger people into a corner with false logic and wild assumptions ....
Its okay, Steiny. Everyone makes mistakes.I'm not making assumptions at all. I am drawing conclusions based on video, eye witness account, anatomy, and the physics of motion. You are assuming.
Do you know where the skull fracture would have to be to create the symptoms he is experiencing?

Then again, you have made another mistake. I was asking TxGolfer a direct question. That is why I quoted him.
You just have a wild hair tonight because you got busted making false claims. Its okay, Steiny. Everyone makes mistakes.
Oh ... so your a medical examiner now?![]()

Only in YOUR head do others make "false claims". I have noticed that about you, specifically. When you disagree with someone on any issue, whether or not it be about a television show, a current event, or whatever .... you resort to name calling, insulting other's intelligence, and claiming you have vast more knowloedge about the subject than anyone else.
You are full of shit.
