I am curious I remember on my father I aware it I careful avoid on salt control not joke 0_o serious! risk salt is very not good health because warned me I am very afriad because high heart or blood reason my health serious! you experiecne high pressure or habit on salt too much

Salt is very necessary for our health, Travis. You can mess yourself up if you don't get enough salt in your diet, so please be careful about reducing your intake. Make sure you check with your Dr before you alter your diet in any way.

I agree you are good points caregiving knew already experience said she said not good for health she warned me I learn I avoid reason reason serious! I agree her she is very right!

Well... pretty much everything you eat has salt in it. Especially processed and prepared foods. So there's no really good reason to add salt to your food.
 
yes that's true, TOO MUCH salt will cause your blood pressure to rise. also, TOO LITTLE salt is harmful to your health.

it's okay to use salt in moderation, you need salt in your diet anyway. just don't use too much of it and you'll be fine :)

remember to stay away from fast and junk food.. ick! their food is loaded with salt

I believe it you are I remove it on salt I withdrawl something on salt, I prefer instead vingers good health

The same could be said for frozen and processed foods. You will get plenty of sodium through whatever you consume anyway. I don't think there's much to worry about unless you want to starve yourself to death.

It's almost impossible to get too little salt. And almost any doctor will tell you don't add salt to your food.

The only thing to make sure of is getting a vitamin/mineral tablet with iodine since your thyroid needs that to function.

Bingo. It's just strange to see people warning that reducing the intake of salt may do more harm than good. It's a known fact that most people consume WAYYYY more than they are supposed to.

That's true, but, I've also known people to have issues when their sodium levels have been too low. That's why I suggested that he consult his doctor before he altered his diet. His doctor can tell him what is best for him. :)

Dont eat Wendy's fries everyday and you'll be alright. :lol:

Dont eat a whole bag of potatoe chips and you'll be ok.

Believe it or not, a lot of ppl do that eatin a big bag of chips.
Just like cookies, ppl eat cookies all day every day. BIG NO NO!!!
Very bad habit.

I know a person work at hospital, so many fat ppl in hospital b/c of bad health. just sad.

Canned soups and broths are also loaded with salt! I buy unsalted peanut butter, I think salted peanut butter taste awful! salt with iodine can be used very lightly.
 
Too much everything is not good. Just eat whatever in moderation, then you're fine. If you want healthier, try using sea salt instead of regular table salt. Of course, still in moderation amounts.

almost to pain on my heart because serious on high pressure and blood crap on I am very quit on salt reason bad on health!
