Yes I think there is way of making things so vibrating by chairs or stages or any where that makes it happen.
 
If I woke up and there was no sound, I would have to deal with a husband who has gone nuts thinking there was something wrong with him. :lol:

all new TV manufactured no longer contains speakers or volume levels on remotes control, this shall be done to save from noise pollution, which is a very real city problem:giggle:
 
also, remove car radios from new cars, and issue only blind people allow mobile phones...AND shut down telephone lines world wide

Not text or computers etc. Rremember... devices like that breaks down, then what?? Like a CI or Hearing aid.. So they will need a method of communication besides electronics.

I think they would start out with SEE for a short time and then change to PSE because SEE is just too cumbersome. Then, decades later, ASL will take over!
