Oxygen found in deep space

Did you guys know there was more oxygen than CO2 in prehistoric times?
There's a major hypothesis/debuted theory (asserted) in biology.

This was because there used to be less plants and cyanobacteria on earth, cause oxygen was too reactive like some of ya said.

So this means oxygen out there is a nice indicator of something. We don't know if those organisms (if there are) can adapt to inorganic elements though, we have some on earth that can do sulfur, nitrogen etc. Need to find the cycle.
