I wonder if that good cop is family related to that handcuffed guy? What if a cop is acting soft, the bad guy would have a better chance to resist or acting like a fake injury make it more difficult for cop to put him into a car. Cop must act stronger, tough, and stricter to make it easier for cop to put him in the car.

that "good cop" probably knew they're being recorded and it will be shown in youtube. He's probably doing that other cop a big favor because he could lose his job for excessive force and go to jail.

Exactly. But what if they never being recorded? Would they behave same as shown on video or behave different?
