Bush is pretty cool on a heavy duty mtn bike. He takes his bicycling seriously on trails in the woods. And he wears all of the appropriate protective gears and clothing. Very cool.

Watch. Bush takes his mtn biking excursions seriously. Not some wimp. Go to the 4:56 mark and you'll see why. He enjoys it. And he shows it.

I've done mountain biking in the past. It can get pretty rough if you don't know what you're doing.
 
I've done miles and miles of mountain biking in the Pisgah mountains of North Carolina as part of my job in order to access several sites quicker that was several miles down on a trail. Yes, it can get rough and I experienced a few spills along the way. In mtn biking, you have to expect and prepare for spills. Goes with the territory. Radically different than dilly dallying on a bike on a concrete pavement.

yep. my left thumb is permanently injured from downhill mountain biking. it was so steep that braking didn't do squat!
