No deaf data plan only w/o voice for Verizon iPhone.

When launch day on Feb 11 for open sale on iphone4 at Verizon store. No overcrowd line up, just two persons showed up early. It look like Verizon got embarass or no boom business yet? I guess they prefer to get iphone 5 (4G/LTE) is better than iphone4.

Verizon don't offer $54.99 for deaf people, they would charge 60 dollars a month plus add for texting, internet, etc. What a rip off!!! You don't need to get IPhone from Verizon at all.
