A lighthouse near Cleveland, Ohio, has been turned into an ice sculpture as spray off of Lake Erie has frozen. :)

I saw that on the national news last night. Cool.
 
I would be afraid that the building would collapse under the weight of the ice. I also hope no one was in it when it froze over like that. :shock:

But light became automated and no longer required a lighthouse keeper.
 
Yeah, my local news has been showing this over and over. It is amazing! I have seen that light house without the ice, and it is so different. This is beautiful. Just reminds me that there is beauty in every season while I curse driving in bad weather!:giggle:
 
I m thinking to stop there to shot photos of it somedays.
 
Wow!!! also I felt bad as well! cuz I notice that lighthouse starting lean! alike in The Leaning Tower of Pisa !! :shock:
