The cop...

The cop is a "PUBLIC" Officer, whose salary is paid by the taxpayers. Therefore, the taxpayer has a right to know of ALL of their conducts while in uniform.

Filming police officers is not a crime. The only reason they object to being filmed is because the officer may be involved in a commission of a crime and does not want the public to know about it.
