Too bad.
Who? me or Jillio?
Jillio's district goes to republican?![]()
Not my district. And Ohio has always been traditionally Repub. That's why it was so monumental that Obama took Ohio. Nothing new here under the sun.
It was a mandate from voters saying "Screw Obama's agenda." Independent voters have always made up a good majority of the voters all across the United States. It's a fact well recognzied by politicians. They don't take independent voters for granted. Congress was given four years to do something about it, they failed and made things worse. And now we see a 60+ seat Republican gain in the House of Representatives. A lot of hard work ahead of us now to undo the damage caused by four years of control in Congress and two years of control in the WH.

Yeah, let's return to the Bush years with a happy cry.
I'm independent voter, man.
If republicans fail to solve the economic issues so it will going be big party switch in next election, that's part of consequence.

Historical swing states
The swing states of Ohio, Connecticut, Indiana, New Jersey and New York were key to the outcome of the 1888 election,[3] Likewise, Illinois[4] and Texas were key to the outcome of the 1960 election. Ohio has often been considered a swing state.[5][6]
As opposed to spending $1.4 trillion over budget in 2009 and $1.3 trillion in 2010 and $1.4 trillion in 2011?? That's $4.1 trillion dollars over budget in 3 years vs Bush $5.1 trillion dollars deficit spending in 8 years? We're already more than double the pace of Bush even though I didn't like Bush's deficit spending in the first place.
Hey, either you agree that spending is out of control or not. And you still want to go with Obama??
