I'm Hunnngrryyyyy!! Who's always hungry? xD xD

I have to eat every 3-6 hours or I'll feel sorta sick or just feeling blah. I love food a lot and I think I live to eat food. Sometimes, my parents tend to scold me for eating something non-fruit at midnight xD

have you had your blood sugar counted? My sister in law get low blood sugar and have to eat every three hours.

I don't have diabeties.

Just had a dinner. :) Ate lots of yummy food: Soup, a bowl of rice, bunches of veggies, etc xD

I am a grazer too, 6 small meals is better than 3 large meals.

I am not diabetic. I have low blood pressure and is tall, If i don't eat for 4 hours I WILL pass out! so regular meals helps to keep my sugar levels/blood pressure going.

For my supper last night I had butternut squash and spinach curry with rice.

If I graze or just eat small meals, I don't get my headaches. The rest of the family likes to graze as well, but the kids tend to do too much munching.

My sister and also another friend, both eat constantly all the time, just small meals, and they are skinny. Could be ur metabolism....as for me, there are times when I eat a lot, other times, not hungry for 2-3 days. I very seldom eat breakfast....just one big meal a day, at dinner.

My daughter only eats twice a day, but will nibble at night. She eats breakfast around noon (she sleeps late), then will have dinner with us. If it's something she likes, then she will eat more of it, but if she's in a picky mood, she might eat a "bird-size" portion, then munch at night.

I had been tested for diabetes years ago and was told that I was right before borderline, but not quite there. I know I don't have to worry now since I don't have problems with sugar, just lots of headaches. I think my headaches are my glasses again.

My blood sugar is borderline too, and I have to be really care about eating sugar I could get diabetes. I think you should see why you're getting headaces, there a lot of reason people get headaces . If you drive you could be putting yourself and others at risk if your headaches is from your blood sugar. You could pass out while driving. My daughter passed out in a store because she did eat enough and her blood sugar drop. She does not have diabetes and it not borderline . I would hate to see you get hurt by passsing
out while driving.

So far I haven't passed out. When I am driving, if I feel like I might, then I will pull over and have someone call my hubby. I always keep something available for my headaches, Snickers or Excedrin or a last case resort, Pepsi. So far, my headaches are stress or my glasses. Get get rid of the stress factors, so I have to deal with it. I've never had an accident before that was my fault. The 3 accidents were people running into me.

I will be getting my blood sugar tested again soon, but we did check it within the last year, and it was fine. MIL still has the kit from FIL's diabetes to check blood-sugar levels.

make sure you have the emergency contact card and allergy card on you in case you passed out.

Do have that, since I am allergic to most medicines. The card also mentions that I am deaf and know a little ASL.

Just like my father. When he was in the Police force he "forced" himself to eat a meal a day due to shifts, almost 40 years later as he's already retired (has been for 18 years!) he still have the habit.
