What about guys that don't wear pink cause they don't like bright colored clothing.

You have still made a choice. Doesn't mean that, given different taste in colors, you would be afraid to wear a piece of pink clothing; just that you are not particularly fond of the color. The same reason I don't wear pink. Clashes with my red hair. Koko's pink clothing was forced on him through accident.
