The fringe birther conspiracy theory that President Obama is not a natural born citizen has been thoroughly debunked. And he produced his Hawaiian birth certificate during the presidential election. Additionally, two birth notices were placed in local papers when Obama was born in Hawaii. And the Republican governor of Hawaii examined the long form birth certificate on file and declared it valid.

You don't need the long form, the live birth certificate is all you need to prove that he was born in USA!

There is a saying in it "Remember, remember the fifth of November". Its an awesome movie about a guy rising up and convincing the people not to fear the oppressive government. I'm not saying our government is anything like the one in the movie, just all the "wait till November" things you say remind me of the movie.
 
Also, it is normal for president's parties to lose the seats during midterm election since 60's and look at 2006 midterm election so you can tell about it.

Since obama is Commander in Chief at GM now I wonder if he owns the right to use the Bob Seager song "Like a Rock" (from Chevy commercials) :lol:
