T-Mobile kills off Sidekick

Bye to Sidekick, I hate it.

EA, please patch recent games to remove the Sidekick ads or feature.
 
what is EA? foxrac?


i may be ignorant at the moment. ok Is my current SK still on ok for tomorrow and from the rest of month or so?? i have to read it because i keep ignoring the news about it. :o or i got lost in somewhere in middle of nowhere and check the sk saying "ha ha good bye you are screwed!" hehe no no i dont want that happens to me!

EA is Electronic Arts and they put Sidekick feature in some games like Skate and Need For Speed series.

Oh cool! so you said i need to remove all those EA? I never add anything craps on it. I do not play games on it.

Your sidekick is still alive under the service from T-mobile, but they're halt to sell Sidekick in stock anymore.

No, EA added Sidekick features in Need For Speed series and Skate, it is in-game feature.

:giggle: thanks poweron for saving my ass. But i will read it later to see if they continues to be in service. I prefer to wait till my girl to see if she needs cell phone then i ll have new one and have family plan.

I had SK, first and second generations. It was cool at that time because of good text messaging but its features were limited. BB was better so I bought BB and then I got iPhone. SK has not come up with its competition so it's not surprising it's being kicked off.
 
Used to own Sidekick 3 and Sidekick Slide - they were cool gagdets at first - but I hated it in the end. I have two months left until I finish paying off the slide :mad2:
 
I owned original color sk1, 2, 3, and LX. When I eyed at BB curve, then I decided to break the Tmobile contract. Screw sidekicks! :roll:
