I went to Anclote Elementary School

I don't think the natural oil itself is toxic. It may be irritating to sensitive skin and sticks to your skin but it doesn't penetrate the skin well. Humans often rinse them out but for animals, it's a different case since they don't know what it is and often drown or die from suffocation.

By any means, it's stupid - it's gonna stick to your skin and it's messy. And it's not fun to see water being yellow.
