This game will release on July 20 and it is free to play, however it isn't completely free, if you goes reach the driver level so you wouldn't able to go next driver level with rep earn until you pay starter pack for $20. Without starter park, you are still free to drive whatever you want but no next to driver level.

If you are interested to get this game so you can apply for closed beta or wait until July 20 to get out of beta game, whatever you want and you may need buy starter pack if you want increase of driver level and more rep earn.
